Ferrata is built around one idea: your data stays yours. This site collects nothing unless you choose to contact us, and the Ferrata software runs on your own infrastructure, so your material never reaches us.
This website
This marketing site is a static page. It sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no third party analytics. The only thing stored is your light or dark theme choice, kept locally in your browser and never sent to us. You can clear it any time from your browser settings.
When you contact us or subscribe
If you email us, join the early access list, or ask for product updates, we receive the email address and message you send. We use it only to reply and to send you what you asked for. We do not sell it or share it. Ask us to remove you at any time and we will.
The Ferrata software
When you self host Ferrata, it runs on your own machine or server. Your documents, courses, and learners live in your local database. We do not receive them. The AI provider is your choice, using your own key, so generation happens under your account and your data policy, not ours. Sensitive values are stripped by the built in DLP layer before any model sees your material.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact.sotadenis@gmail.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above. For a beta product, expect it to grow more detailed over time.
